Nepfest 3 – Open Band Competition is scheduled to happen on August 25, 2012. Organized by event management group Nepfest, Nepfest 3 is an open band competition where bands from all over the Nepal will compete for the chance to share the stage with Polish Technical Death Metal band Decapitated on Nepfest 4 – September and win the cash price of Rs 50,000. First runner-up band wins the cash price of Rs 20,000.
