Bloodstock Open Air is the UK’s biggest independent metal festival. This year’s installment will feature metal titans like Lamb of God, Slayer, Antrax, Municipal Waste, Dark Funeral and the list goes on. Playing in international arena like this is a “dream come true” for every band.
Well, this year your dream might just come true. Defenders’ of Metal (India leg) and Nepfest [Nepal leg] in collaboration with Bloodstock Open Air is starting a band competition throughout India and Nepal. Winner of the competition will get the ultimate reward of playing in “Blood Stock Metal 2013 ” UK, sharing the stage with the biggest name in metal. Winning band will not only get to play in the event but also get cash prize.
The heats will be held in various venues throughout Nepal, Sikkim and Darjeeling with the final being held at Darjeeling Capital Hall ( June 23rd, 2013).
Registration fee : NRS 5000/-
Registration form will be available from January 15th to January 31st at Nepfest Office (SANEPA).
